Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Process:
Your orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation and handed over to the shipping company. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping company’s schedule. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Terms:
  • Orders are shipped only to the delivery address provided during purchase.
  • Upon delivery, please check the products for any damages or missing items. In case of any issues, request a report from the delivery personnel. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the buyer.
Return Process:
  • You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Once your return request is approved, you can send the product to the specified address via a shipping company. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer or seller, depending on the return conditions.
Return Procedures:
  • After your return request is approved and the product is received, your return will be processed within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
Special Conditions:
  • For products purchased during promotional campaigns, if the return causes the total order value to fall below the campaign threshold, the promotional benefits will no longer apply.
  • If the returned product is damaged due to buyer negligence, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund amount.
